Each one of our Red Bud Cut-To-Length / Multi-Blanking Lines employ 19 roll Herr Voss Corrective Levelers. The use of a sophisticated leveler not only removes coil-set, but enhances the shape which is critically important when producing tight tolerance sheets and blanks. Our Red Bud “Grip-Feed” and drop stacked insures that your product will be within tolerance and stacked to perfection every time.

Width, Length & Diagonal Tolerances you can trust

Whether you need standard CTL sheets or super tight tolerance blanks, our Red Bud line can generate up to 7 slit widths and cut them to one common length with supreme accuracy starting with sheet/blank number one. Also, by opening up the stacker, we can run single width sheets to super lengths in excess of 15 feet long. This capability coupled with our in-line 20K# scissor scale, and PLC controller, allows for exact piece count or weight per output skid.
