Operating efficiencies can only be achieved through safe hard-work, properly trained employees that operate well specced-out machinery that is maintained to perfection. At Arlington Metals we have always installed all of our equipment with our own in-house personnel. We also have fully staffed maintenance departments that diagnose and repair our processing and mobile equipment to be sure our operations are running at optimum levels.

Knife Sharpening

As a processor of metals, you need sharp knives. Here at Arlington Metals we have our own in-house knife sharpening at both facilities. This allows us to always have sharp knives to insure a perfect slit edge. Instead of waiting days to get a sharpened set back from an outside vendor, we can sharpen a set of knives within hours.

Rockwell Hardness & Tinius Olsen Testing

Arlington Metals can test for Rockwell hardness and ductility using its in-house Wilson Rockwell and Tinius Olsen Ductility equipment. Additional metallurgical sampling and services are provided through and independent laboratory.
